Stealth Checklist
Back to guidesRun through these 5 checks before every heist. If the team can answer each one out loud, the run stays calm.

1
Confirm scout and hauler roles before entering.
Unassigned roles cause two gnomes to fight over the same door.
2
Agree on a noise budget and a hard retreat signal.
Without a retreat word, one player’s chaos drags the whole team.
3
Use a single entry route until the scout confirms safe zones.
Multiple entries multiply detection chances.
4
Stagger loot pickups to avoid stacking noise spikes.
Two pickups at once is louder than two pickups 5 seconds apart.
5
Exit early if a revive is needed — don’t split during panic.
Splitting under pressure leads to a full wipe.
