Use this list before every run. If the team can answer each item out loud, the run stays calm.

• Confirm scout and hauler roles before entering.
• Agree on a noise budget and a hard retreat signal.
• Use a single entry route until the scout confirms safe zones.
• Stagger loot pickups to avoid stacking noise spikes.
• Exit early if a revive is needed—don’t split during panic.
